Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped within one business day!
Shipping Carriers: We use UPS, DHL, or USPS, depending on the shipment scenario. If you need a specific carrier, please email us prior to the order. We've shipped general delivery to Yosemite or J-Tree plenty of times
International Orders: International orders may not have tracking all the way to the destination. All non-express international shipping options are fairly slow, and may take a few weeks, so your patience is appreciated.
Pre-Orders & Back-Orders: If you place an order with any pre-order or back-order items, the ENTIRE order will be delayed until all items are available. If you want the in-stock gear faster, please split the gear into multiple orders.
Lost Package?
If your package has been lost in transit during delivery, we will replace or refund your item!
But first, please do your part in contacting the delivery company with the tracking information in your order confirmation. Once the package has been declared lost and undeliverable from their side, we will then give you a refund or replace the order.
