Shipping
Orders ship within one business day.
U.S. Orders
We ship via UPS, DHL, or USPS depending on the shipment.
If you need a specific carrier, email us before ordering—we’re happy to accommodate when possible.
Yes, we’ve shipped General Delivery to Yosemite and Joshua Tree many times.
International Orders
- Standard international shipping can be slow and may take several weeks.
- Tracking may not update all the way to final delivery on non-express shipments.
- Standard international orders ship via DHL.
- Express international orders ship via FedEx.
International orders ship Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Any applicable duties or tariffs are due upon delivery. All shipping charges are prepaid at checkout.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll replace it or refund you.
Before we do that, please contact the carrier using the tracking information from your order confirmation. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost or undeliverable, we’ll take care of the rest.
